Charges
Rates are for up to 8 guests. Up to 4 additional single beds are available at a rate of USD35++ per bed per night.
Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: 30% of total rental charge for bookings more than 8 weeks from the letting period (when the full balance is due).
A Refundable Security Deposit may be required on a case-by-case basis (to be paid with rental balance). Please see T&C for more details.
Villa Rates are subject to 15.5% (++) Government Taxes, service charge etc.
Covid-19 Policy
We understand that flexibility is required for travel planning in the current COVID-19 scenario, so should your flights be cancelled or a government travel advisory requires you to quarantine, we will do all that we can to change the date of your holiday. If this is sadly not possible due to airline regulations, or a commitment to another booking, for example, and you are unable to travel, our standard terms and conditions and cancellation charges would apply. These might be recoverable under your travel insurance policy and so we always advise that you check with your provider.
