We’re a 20-40 minute drive (depending on the time of day) from the boutiques, restaurants and nightlife of Seminyak – although this may be the attraction!
Insects are sometimes present at dusk, but spray and lotions are provided and all beds have mosquito nets.
This stretch of coast is unsuitable for swimming although the local surf breaks are excellent for the experienced.

Useful information
The villa was designed and is comprehensively equipped for young families.
A gated Pool Fence, Baby-cots, High-chairs, Stair-gates, Baby Monitors & Night-lights, Electric steriliser & Bottle warmers, Changing mats, Baby baths, Buggies, Bed rails, Toys, Games, DVDs (etc) are all included in the rate.
Up to 6 single beds and 4 baby cots are available (which may be at additional charge depending on total guest numbers).
We have a tempting children’s menu and can cater to suit your family’s personal routine.
Nannies and babysitting can be provided.
Guest Orientation and Concierge Service
The Owners offer a comprehensive planning service to ensure that everything is as wished for your arrival. We are of course also available to provide remote support during your stay. Our lovely staff will greet and collect you from the airport and take things from there. Enjoy!
Meals, Drinks and Provisioning
The villa includes talented chefs, dining menus (special diets can be accommodated), a staff kitchen, a gas BBQ and traditional coconut-husk grill. Bottle warmers and sterilisers are also available for parents. All meals are shopped for, prepared and served at grocery cost. We also offer the convenience of an in-villa bar service and no corkage on BYO.
Air conditioning
All bedrooms and the TV room can be air-conditioned or fan-cooled. Living and Dining Areas are open-sided and fan-cooled. The Dining Area can be partially enclosed by glassed sliding doors.
Pool and Safety
We will install our pool fence on request and the property has few unprotected drops and no ponds. Due care should still be taken at all times in the interests of safety.
Spa, Massage and Yoga
All are available in-villa at additional cost.
Laundry
An in-villa laundry and pressing service is included in the rate. Bed linen, towels and pool towels will also be changed regularly.
